I am getting married again next week. Do I have to tell my ex-husband, and will he still have to pay maintenance for me and the children?

Your ex-husband will no longer have any duty to pay maintenance to you after you are married. However he will still have financial obligations to the children, and at the very least must continue to pay the existing maintenance for them via the Child Maintenance Service or under any previous court order. So yes, you will have to inform him. If you don’t, your children no doubt will!
