Areas of Law / Personal Injury

My wife was knocked over in a pub two months ago and cut her shin badly. The wound is only just starting to heal. We were advised to put in a claim for compensation, but I’m told we won’t get very far because no bones were broken.

In any accident that’s not your fault you would be advised to talk to a solicitor who specialises in this type of claim. Most won’t charge you for an initial interview and the case may well cost you nothing. You may well have a claim against the pub or the brewery even if you don’t know the name of the people who knocked your wife over.
